There is a 9am class for those interested. It will be a barbell workout.
With a partner:
10 Pull Ups (Adv: C2B)
20 Box Jumps (24/20) (Adv: 10 Pistol Squats)
10 Hang Power Cleans (135/95)
Each partner must complete all the work before the other partner starts. The round is complete when EACH PARTNER has completed all three movements.
