Low Hang Squat Clean + Push Jerk + Split Jerk
Establish max single for the day. Deadlift the bar to the hips, then lower the bar below the knees for this Low Hang Clean.

Remember, the 9am class is not coach-led. There will be coaches present and they will give tips/coaching advice, but this is not a regular class with a warm-up and progressions. You are responsible for knowing the lifts, how heavy to go, and any scales/modifications you need for yourself.
