For today’s strength, we’ll work on the Thruster. Take these from the rack, and after warming up, complete your first work set at around 50% of your Push Press. From there, add weight over 6 sets to find your heaviest set of 2.
The conditioning is for the bodyweight ninjas. Scale Handstand Push Ups to Wall Kick Ups + Push Up, Piked Push Ups, or Hand Release Push Ups. Kettlebell Swings can be either overhead or to eye level depending on your comfort with the movement. Scale Double Unders to 10 attempts if needed.
