Today is week 6 of our Back Squat cycle. Work up to your heaviest single for the day. The goal for today is not to hit a PR, but if you do, congrats! Write it on the PR board. Work in your Strict Dips in between Back Squat sets.
For the conditioning, keep a plate locked out overhead while doing the Walking Lunges. Scale to holding the plate at your chest, or drop the plate and do bodyweight walking lunges if needed.
