Snatch Balance + Sotts Press + 2 OHS (Empty Bar/PVC for all)

Focus on perfect shoulder position throughout the movement

Conditioning
With a partner, each person completes 5 rounds while the other partner rests:
5 Handstand Push Ups
10 Power Cleans (135/95)
15 Burpees
20 KB Swings (53/35)
25 Wall Balls (20/14)
