2×5 @ 70% or 10lbs above last week
1x max reps @ 70% or 10lbs above last week
or establish 1RM

WOD
4 Rounds
30 Double Unders
15 Hand Release Push Ups
10 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
5 Double KB Snatch (52/35)

For the squats, take 2-3 minutes between sets at your working weight. For the workout, scale double unders to double under attempts. If KB snatches are new for you, complete single arm snatches, alternating arms each round.
