Odd minutes: 2 Snatches/Overhead Squats
Even minutes: 8-10 Toes to Bar
For the strength segment, experienced athletes should work on heavy singles, ensuring form is perfect before moving up in weight. Newer athletes will review the snatch and dial in their technique. For the workout, select a weight you are confident you can snatch for a double with perfect form – something in the range of 70-85%. If you need to work on your Overhead Squat, use this time to practice.
