WOD

In teams of two:
600m Run
100 KB Front Squats (52/35)
50 Double Unders
50 KB Snatches (52/35)
50 Double Unders
25 KB Thrusters (52/35)
600m Run

Other than the runs, during which both partners are running together, all work should be done with one teammate working and the other resting. Work may be broken up however teams prefer, but each movement must be completed before moving on to the next one. If you do not have Double Unders, chip away at this with Double Under attempts.
