This is week four of our six week GSLP strength cycle. Your last set of max reps should be heavy – you should not get more than 9-10 repetitions. If you got 10+ reps last week, you should increase your weight 15-20 lbs this week.

Use a band if needed for the ring dips. KB Swings should be to eye level, not overhead.
