Extended Warm-Up

Cindy is a CrossFit benchmark WOD made up of all bodyweight movements. After an extended warm-up, we’ll complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, and 15 air squats. On the pull ups, try to go as long as possible without moving to a band, or from a band to the rings. On the push ups, be sure you maintain a solid plank throughout. For the squats, be sure you’re hitting depth each time and that you’re not ‘bottoming out’ and bouncing out of the hole.
