Rest Day

We’ve had a packed week, and to gear up for Saturday’s Grand Opening, there is no scheduled workout today. Combined with a solid diet and consistent training and sleep, rest days are critical to ensuring you recover from your workouts and are ready to go when you get back in the gym. Use today to foam roll, hang out on the lacrosse ball, or go for a short recovery run outside. See you Saturday morning!
