20m Overhead Squat/Snatch practice
New athletes should first work on the Overhead Squat. Once comfortable, begin snatching at the hip, then move to the hang. Only athletes proficient with the movement should move to the floor.

WOD
EMOM for 10m
4 OHS or 2 Hang Snatches (AHAP)
Choose a weight you can OHS/Hang Snatch with perfect form. If your form starts to go, strip weight until it is perfect.
