Everyone should do their first set with a PVC or empty bar. Feel free to work up in weight, but it should be kept VERY light. If pressing from the squat position is not possible, press behind the neck while standing.

Conditioning
With a partner, one person working at a time:
2m AMRAP Squat Cleans (135/95)
2m AMRAP Push Jerks (135/95)
3m AMRAP Squat Cleans (135/95)
3m AMRAP Push Jerks (135/95)
4m AMRAP Squat Cleans (135/95)
4m AMRAP Push Jerks (135/95)
Score is total reps combined for each team. If alone, aim for equal work:rest for each AMRAP.
