Newer athletes will review Front Squats, then complete 5 sets of 3 reps. Experienced athletes should work up to a 3 rep max.
12 KB Swings (52/35)
9 KB Front Squat (52/35)
6 KB Push Press (52/35)
Experienced athletes will complete the workout with two kettlebells, one in each hand. Newer athletes will use one kettlebell and should alternate arms for the push press.
