30 Pull Ups
Today we’re running the Hero WOD “Badger.” If you are an experienced CrossFitter, complete this workout on your own. If you’d like to pair up with someone else and complete as a team, that’s fine too. Cleans should be Squat Cleans; however, moving to Power Cleans is an option and is considered a scale. Plan on running 3 laps around the building for the 800m run. If the pavement is too icy, we will complete 40 burpees in place of the run.
