Double dose of WODs today! We’ll use the first part of today’s class to review the Power Clean. If this is a new movement for you, scale the Power Clean weight and work on honing your technique. Scale the Toes to Bar to Knees to Elbows or Knee Raises if necessary. The 300m run is one lap around the building. After a 5 minute rest, complete 5 rounds of 10 Air Squats and 10 High Plank to Low Plank as quickly as possible. You should be able to burn through this one pretty quickly.
