For today’s workout, we’ll complete 10 PVC Overhead Squats, 8 Kettlebell High Pulls, and 6 Hand Release Push Ups every minute for 10 minutes. The faster you complete the work each round, the more rest time you have. If you do not complete a round in one minute, finish the round and rest until the top of the next minute.
