CrossFit Open
The Open is coming soon! Starting February 27th we’ll be doing workouts every Friday/Saturday for the CrossFit Games Open competition. Like all other workouts, these can be scaled for anyone who needs to; however if you sign up for the Open you must complete them as written, either in the Scaled or in the Rx division.
