11am Weightlifting Clinic
Tomorrow’s weightlifting clinic is scheduled to last from 11am – 4pm. Please be warmed up with shoes on and ready to start at 11am. Bring your lunch or be ready to pick something up, we’ll have about 30 minutes to eat.
