130m Buddy Carry
100 Air Squats
100 Knees to Elbow
100 KBS (52/35)
50 Box Jumps (30/24)
50 Med Ball Sit Ups
50 Man Makers (40/20)
130m Buddy Carry

Team of two will work together to complete the movements above. Teams may not move onto the next movement until all the previous reps are complete. Each partner must complete at least one portion of each buddy carry.
