12 Burpees

This WOD is 12 rounds long. Start with the first 130m run to complete round 1. To complete round 2, go back to the beginning and complete the 130m run, then 2 pull ups. Round 3 is the 130m run, 2 pull ups, and 3 push ups. Start from the beginning and add a new movement each round until you complete 12 burpees. Some movements may be new, so we will review scaling options prior to starting the workout.
