Warm Up

Today’s workout is a spin on the CrossFit classic workout “Grace.” We’ll use the first part of the hour to review and warm up Clean and Jerks. Then, instead of 30 Clean and Jerks for time, we’ll break it up into six rounds, with a one lap run around the building to start each around. Power Cleans are encouraged, and either Push Press, Push Jerk, or Split Jerk is acceptable.
