The focus for today’s Deadlifts is speed. After warming up, try to move the bar as quickly as possible from floor to hip with perfect technique. For the workout, scale Double Unders to 50 singles AND 10 attempts per round. For the Toes to Bar, focus on keeping a smooth, consistent kip – once comfortable, try to get the knees higher and the toes closer to the bar.
