Schedule Update
Tomorrow’s 6am and 7am classes are closed. We’ll be back open for 5:30pm and 6:30pm.

Strength
Deadlift
5×3 @ 70%
then
Max reps in 10 sec @ 75%

Conditioning
Death by:
Even: Burpee
Odd: Slam Ball

Today’s conditioning should start with 1 Burpee when the clock starts at 0:00. After finishing the Burpee, rest until 1:00. When the clock hits 1:00, complete 2 Slam Balls and rest the remainder of that minute. When it hits 2:00, complete 3 Burpees. 4 Slam Balls at 3:00. Continue to add 1 Burpee or Slam Ball each minute until you can’t complete the required number of reps in that minute.
