Today begins our testing week. After some mobility and a lot of warm-up, take about 30 minutes to establish a 1RM Back Squat. If you get a PR, write it on the board and high five yourself!
For “Annie,” scale Double Unders to half the number of Double Under attempts if needed (25 attempts instead of 50 DUs, etc.). Ignore the Sit Up standard in the video below, but watch in awe as Spealler crushes some Double Unders.
