Today we’ll re-test our Back Squat and establish a new 1RM. Be judicious with your warm-up sets so you don’t wear yourself out prior to starting the work sets. For the conditioning, choose a weight you can go near unbroken in the set of 21. If you need to rest once that’s fine, but you should not be doing sets of 5 the first round.
