5 Burpees EMOM
If you’re comfortable with the Snatch, complete 5 sets of 2 at around 75% of your max. If you’re not as comfortable, either lighten the load, or practice Overhead Squats and/or Snatch Balances.
The conditioning is 10 minutes of Power Snatches and Burpees. Complete 5 Burpees at the top of every minute, including minute 0:00. After finishing the Burpees, complete as many Power Snatches as possible in the remaining time until the next minute when you have to do more Burpees. Score is total Power Snatches completed.
