Conditioning
In teams of two, complete:
One partner works, while one partner holds a plate
50 Burpees
40 Hang Power Cleans (135/95)
50 Toes to Bar
60 Push Ups
70 KBS (52/35)
50 Burpees

Teams of two will work together to complete all the reps listed above. One partner works at a time, while the other partner holds a plate. As partners switch off completing the movements, they must trade off holding the plate. If the plate touches the ground at any time, both partners must drop and complete 10 burpees. Reps may be partitioned at each team’s discretion, but each movement must be completed before moving on to the next one.
