20m Snatch Practice
Double Unders x10
For today’s strength we’ll focus on perfecting our Snatch technique. If technique looks good and you’re feeling strong, work up to a heavy single for the day. If not, work at a light weight from the hip or the hang . Snatches should be caught in a full squat – if this is not possible, catch in a Power Snatch, reset the feet if necessary, and complete an Overhead Squat.
The Snatches for today’s conditioning are Squat Snatches – like above, if you’re not comfortable catching in the squat, you should Overhead Squat each rep. Watch the start of the video below to see Wall Walks. We will scale these to Handstand Push Ups + Hand Release Push Ups if necessary.
