Today is our last heavy week of Back Squats until we re-test our 1RMs. We will de-load next week, then re-test on 2/17. Today, warm up to a double at around 88%, then take 3 attempts to find your heaviest possible set of 2. Barbell Rows should be heavier than last week as long as technique allows.

The conditioning is an descending set of Snatches/Overhead Squats and an ascending set of Toes to Bar. If you are proficient with Snatches, then do Snatches. Otherwise, use this time to work on Overhead Squats. The workout will go like this:
10 Snatches/OHS
2 TTB
8 Snatches/OHS
4 TTB
6 Snatches/OHS
6 TTB
4 Snatches/OHS
8 TTB
2 Snatches/OHS
10 TTB
