Back Squat

2×5 @ 70% + 10lbs
1x max reps @ 70% + 10lbs

Conditioning
3 Rounds:
10 Handstand Push Ups
4 Ring Muscle Ups
50 Double Unders

Athletes should scale the HSPU to 2 ab mats, toes on the box, or push ups. The scale for ring muscle ups is bar muscle ups, jumping muscle ups, banded muscle ups, or 2x pull ups. Double unders should be 2x singles AND 10 double under attempts.
