8 KB Swings (53/35)

Today we’ll take on the hero workout “Nate.” Scale Muscle Ups to 2 Pull Ups AND 2 Dips each round, and make them strict if possible. Scale HSPU to Piked or regular Push Ups. KB Swings should be done overhead if possible.
