Ring Dips

For the Push Press, work up to the heaviest possible weight you can do without resting on the shoulders in the front rack. These should be fast and explosive – like you’re getting through a fast set of 5 during a workout.

For the workout, Cleans are Squat Cleans – if you need to Power Clean then Front Squat, do so, but try to work towards pull yourself under the bar.
