Conditioning
With a partner:
20m AMRAP
“Grace”
30 Clean and Jerks (135/95)
then
10 Rounds of “Cindy”
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Air Squats

Start today’s workout by completing 30 Clean and Jerks with a partner. Split the work up however you’d like. After completing “Grace,” complete 10 rounds of “Cindy” as a team. If you finish all 10 rounds of “Cindy,” go back to “Grace” and start all over.
