14 Lateral Over-Box Jumps (24/20)
7 Man Makers (Heaviest possible with good form)

Today we’re going long. Try to keep moving at a steady pace throughout – don’t go out too hard, but don’t slow down too much towards the end. Perform the Man Makers as shown in the video, minus the second Push Ups – just one Push Up, then two Dumbbell Rows.
