3 Muscle Ups (6 Pull Ups + 6 Dips)
9 KB Snatch (52/35)
18 Walking Lunges

After a few warm-up sets, complete 4 sets of 8 Weighted Lunges. These will be performed with the barbell on your back like a Back Squat – you will take four lunges out, carefully turn around, and take four lunges back.

For the conditioning, if you do not have Muscle Ups, scale to 6 Pull Ups + 6 Dips. Complete 9 KB Snatches and 18 Walking Lunges total, not per leg, and rest for 30 seconds.
