Odd minutes: 2 Snatches (70% today’s 1RM)
Even minutes: 10 V-Ups
Today we’ll spend the first part of the hour snatching. If you’re proficient, work up to a heavy single. If you’re still new to the movement, we’ll keep the weight light and work technique.
De-load to about 70% of the day’s 1RM Snatch for the conditioning. We’ll alternate between 2 Snatches and 10 V-Ups every other minute for 16 minutes.
