Today’s skill is all about handstands. We’ll work different variations of handstands – box Handstand Push Ups, Handstand Kick Ups, Shoulder Touches, Handstand Walking, etc.

The workout is a variation on the 300 workout, with 400m runs book-ending the whole thing. We’ll walk through each movement, so after we review scale each one as needed.
