Conditioning
10m AMRAP
5 Power Snatches (135/95)
10 Burpee Box Jumps (30/24)

For today’s strength, we’ll work up to a heavy set of three Strict Presses. Remember, no lower body momentum should be used during this lift. For the conditioning, choose a weight you can comfortably Power Snatch. You do not have to do these touch and go, but it should be light enough that you don’t miss any reps. Step down from the top of the Burpee Box Jumps, and make sure you don’t hit your head on the box during the burpee.
