Conditioning
Partner “Cindy”

20m AMRAP
In teams of two:
Partner 1 runs in/out the garage door – 360 meters
Partner 2 starts “Cindy”
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Air Squats

When Partner 1 returns from the run, Partner 1 picks up where Partner 2 left off and continues working through “Cindy.” The goal is to complete as many rounds of “Cindy” as possible as a team. Be sure to use a mini-whiteboard or an index card to mark your rounds, and communicate with your partner when they come in from their run so they know where to start.
