25′ OH Walking Lunge (45/25)
10 Alternating Push Ups
25′ Plate Carry

Today we’ll progressively work up to a heavy Strict Press. Be sure to stay tight throughout the movement and use only your upper body with the lift.

The conditioning should be done with a plate locked out overhead during the Walking Lunges. Lunge from one side of the gym to the other, drop the plate, and perform 10 Push Ups alternating your hands on top of the plate. Then pick up and carry the plate back to the other side to finish the round.
