Conditioning
3 Rounds
28 Squats
6 Deadlifts (70% max)
27 Push Ups

After warming up with an empty barbell, work up across 5 sets to a heavy set of 3. Start light and gradually increase the weight – your last set should be your heaviest one.

The conditioning is programmed in honor of Zach Moore’s 27th birthday – be sure to wish him well if you see him! Start with 28 Air Squats (starting his 28th year). Then complete 6 Deadlifts at 70% of your current max (Born on May 6th). Finish each round with 27 Push Ups (27 years young).
