After an extended warm-up, we’ll get into this grinder of a workout. The Box Jumps, Lunges, and KBS should all be completed unbroken – break up the Pull Ups as needed, and either scale to a band or move to the rings as soon as you reach muscular failure. Try as hard as possible to push yourselves on the running rather than using at a rest period. Be sure to get your knees up high on the Box Jumps as you get fatigued, and stay tall in your Kettlebell Swings – don’t let that weight drive you down!
