Conditioning

100′ Farmers Carry
8 Pull Ups

Don’t worry, after a one week hiatus, we’re back to Monday squats. After warming up, complete one set of 5 at 75%, one set of 5 at 80%, and one set of as many as possible at 85%.

For the conditioning, use either dumbbells, kettlebells, or bumper plates for the Farmers Carry. Take care hanging on the pull up bar, as your grip will be fatigued from the carries.
