Today’s Back Squats will be heavy. After warming up, complete one set of 3 at 80%, one set of 3 at 85%, and your last set of as many reps as possible at 90%.

For the conditioning, complete 16 Walking Lunges total, so 8 each leg. Then do 8 Toes to Bar, and 2 Muscle Ups. Scale Muscle Ups to 4 Pull Ups if needed.
