We’ll practice three skills today, not for time. Start with 8 Handstand Push Ups. Scale to Wall Walks, Wall Kick-Ups, Ring Push Ups, or regular Push Ups. For the L-Sits, try Ring L-Sits, Bar Hang L-Sits, or L-Sits from a box. If you have Double Unders, get through 50 each round. If not, spend about 90 seconds getting as many as you can.

For the workout, complete max reps for one minute of Kettlebell Swings, Push Ups, and Burpees.
