Today’s conditioning is done with a partner. Partner 1 will complete 12 Deadlifts, 9 Hang Power Cleans, and 6 Shoulder to Overhead. Partner 2 will then complete the same thing while Partner 1 rests. Continue alternating rounds until each person has completed 5 rounds. Partners should use the same weight, or if M/F partners, use two bars.
