We’re back to Squatting today, of the Front Squat variety. After a few warm-up sets, complete 5 sets of 5 reps at 80% of your 1RM. If you only know your Back Squat 1RM, take 80% of that number, then 80% again to find your working weight.

The conditioning workout is 5 rounds, with the number of Kettlebell Swings decreasing each round, but the Wall Balls increasing at the same rate. There is a 130m run between each round.
