Today we’ll run three separate 8 minute AMRAPs. After demo-ing and warming up all the movements, we’ll start the first workout. After finishing, we’ll get 8 minutes to rest and set up for the next workout. After the second AMRAP, we’ll take another 8 minutes to rest and set up for the last one. Be sure to leave a little bit in the tank for the last AMRAP, you don’t want to burn out in that first one.
