If you’re proficient with the Snatch, complete 6 working sets of a Power Snatch into a Squat Snatch. If you’re new to the Overhead Squat, complete 6 working sets of 2 Overhead Squats. Finish by completing 3 sets of 3 Snatch Balances at a relatively light weight.

For the conditioning, work with a partner if needed – you should row while your partner is resting. Record your total meters rowed during each 1 minute interval and add them all up for your final score.
